BASIC CARE PLAN — $15 / Month

Best for: Individuals who want ongoing guidance, remote support, and simple check-ins without in-person

service.

Includes one monthly wellness check-in by phone, email, or chat.

Friendly check-in via phone, email, or chat to review devices, answer questions, and ensure everything is working properly.

Follow-Up Training Support (Remote Only)
Guidance and coaching for your devices, apps, and smart-home features.

2 Device Tweaks / Adjustments Per Year
Remote assistance adjusting settings such as alerts, routines, notifications, or reconnecting devices.

Annual In-Home Refresh Visit (1x per year)
We visit once per year to review your setup, check device performance, and ensure everything still fits your

needs.

PREMIUM CARE & SETUP PLAN — $39 / Month

​

Best for: Homes with multiple devices, caregiver involvement, or anyone who wants priority support and ongoing optimization.

Includes one monthly 30-minute in-person visit combining a wellness check, tech support, and light assistance

during the visit.

Includes Everything in the Basic Plan, PLUS:

Up to 2 Device Tweaks / Adjustments Per Month
Adjust camera angles or alerts, update Alexa routines, reconnect devices, fine-tune doorbell notifications, and more.

2 Free Installations Per Year
Includes setup and configuration of eligible smart-home devices.

​

Annual In-Home Refresh Visit (1x per year)
We review your setup, refresh settings, check device performance, and ensure everything still fits your needs.

Up to 3 Extra Training Sessions Per Year
Patient coaching for devices, apps, and smart-home routines (in-person or remote).

Printed + Digital Guides
Simple, customized instructions tailored to your home setup.

​

Priority Support
Faster response times for service requests.

Light assistance only. No medical care, heavy cleaning, or major repairs. Installation eligibility applies.

WHAT COUNTS AS A “DEVICE TWEAK”?

A device tweak is a small adjustment or improvement, such as:

  • Reconnecting Wi-Fi for a smart device

  • Adjusting camera motion zones / sensitivity

  • Updating Alexa announcements and routines

  • Fixing notifications on a phone or smart display

  • Changing device placement for better performance

  • Fine-tuning smart lights or entry alerts

If something requires a full install or new hardware, we’ll let you

know before doing any additional work.

No — we can help even if your devices were purchased elsewhere. We may recommend an initial setup visit first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime by text or email. (Any scheduled visit already confirmed may still apply.)

What if I need an in-home visit outside the Premium plan?

No problem — we’ll quote it clearly upfront.

Do you offer special senior rates?

Yes — we offer senior-friendly pricing and flexible options when available.
